1. Security needs to be considered in every single step of development and operations.

2. Security is a culture that needs to be established.

3. Cost saving and not wasting resources is everyone's responsibility, not just the operations team.

4. The simplicity of solutions is the most important factor in business continuity, cost savings, and scalability. Embracing and encouraging simplicity and the development of simple solutions needs to be ingrained into the company culture.
